What is a special purpose machine (SPM)?

An SPM is a machine designed for one specific operation – such as multi-spindle drilling or automated assembly – giving far higher speed and consistency than adapting a general-purpose machine.

Can you retrofit our existing CNC machines?

Yes. We upgrade controls, drives and add connectivity to extend machine life and bring older assets into your Industry 4.0 setup at a fraction of replacement cost.

Can the machines connect to our monitoring systems?

Absolutely. We can instrument machines to feed OEE, energy and condition-monitoring dashboards, and integrate with your MES or ERP.
